If for any reason you would like to ask for an exchange, we kindly ask you to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
After contacting our Customer Care team, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase you want to exchange to our warehouse:
1. Prepare the items you wish to exchange and place them in the original order box, taking into consideration that we can only accept for exchange non-faulty items that:
- are in their original condition
- have not been worn, damaged or washed
- have all original tags attached
- not show any signs of use.
- have all their packaging and accessories
2. Ship the items you want to exchange with DHL or a different shipping company of your choice (please note that we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns).
Please note that the shipping is at your cost.
The address for the return shipment is: 39 Stefan Negulescu Str., District 1, 011652 Bucharest, Romania.
Once we verify the integrity of the item, we will accept the exchange and ship back to you the new size/item.
The shipment will be at our cost.
